        1

        Deposit

        A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. When booking haircolor or cutting services remaining balance is due prior to the start of services. When booking bridal services the remaining balance will be due up to 3 weeks before the wedding day.

        2

        Payment

        Payments can be made with Zelle Venmo or Cash. The client whose name appears in this contract is responsible for the entire balance of payment. An invoice will be sent once the final wedding party headcount is confirmed.

        3

        Travel

        Any travel to all locations will be charged a travel fee. The travel fee is determined by mileage traveled by your stylist to your specific location. Please note that this distance/rate is for a round trip. All costs incurred for travel and delivery of this service, including but not limited to airfare, hotel, parking, valet, tolls, etc. are to be paid by the client.

        4

        Liability

        All hairbrushes, hair tools, and products are kept sanitary and are sanitized for each client. Any allergies and/or skin/scalp conditions should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Stylist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

        5

        Cancellation/Rescheduling

        All cancellations regarding haircoloring and cutting services should be done 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. Any cancellations regarding bridal party services must be made in writing (text/call) within 30 days of booking. failure to do so will result in forfeighting your deposit. If something occurs to affect your date, services, number of people in your party, etc. Please let us know immediately so we can discuss options.
