DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at the time ofbooking. When booking haircolor or cutting services remaining balance is due prior to the start of services. When booking bridal services the remaining balance will be due up to 3 weeks before the wedding day. A gratuity amount of 18% is added to your total service, any additional gratuities are not expected but always appreciated and can be given directly to your stylists on the day of services.

PAYMENT
Payments can be made with Zelle Venmo or Cash. The client whose name appears in this contract is responsible for the entire balance of
payment. An invoice will be sent once the final wedding party headcount is confirmed.

TRAVEL
Any travel to your location will be charged a travel fee. The travel fee is determined by mileage traveled by your stylist to your specific location. Please note that this distance/rate is for a round trip. All costs incurred for travel and delivery of this service, including but not limited to airfare, hotel, parking, valet, tolls, etc. are to be paid by the client.

LIABILITY
All hairbrushes, makeup brushes, hair tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized for each client. Any allergies and/or skin/scalp conditions should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Stylist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

All cancellations regarding haircoloring and cutting services should be done 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. Any cancellations regarding bridal party services must be made in writing (text/call) within 30 days of booking. failure to do so will result in forfeighting your deposit. If something occurs to affect your date, services, number of people in your party, etc. Please let us know immediately so we can discuss options.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Everyone having their hair and/or makeup done should please be on time and be prepared to start when yout Stylist arrives.
Please have your hair clean and dry ready for styling, we work best on one day old hair.

If you are recieving makeup services please have your face clean and makeup free. Wear a zip up or button-down shirt avoid wearing anythingwith collars/turtlenecks.

If you are recieving bridal services and your hair is curly, please have it blown out 1-2 days prior to styling. This will help hold your style longer and prevent your hair from wanting to frizz and revert to its natural curl pattern. Any wet hair prior to hot tool styling will result in anextra blowout fee.

If you or anyone in your party is sick or has experiencedany fever/flu-like symptoms in the last 24 hours, please notify us.

By reading this document and scheduling your appointment, you agree to have your appointment scheduled under the Terms and Conditions of this contract.
